Outside micrometer Mitutoyo 510-121
The dial micrometer is a type of length measuring instrument based on the operating principle of a micrometer and a mechanical dial gauge. The Mitutoyo 510-121 dial micrometer is designed for the inspection of mass-produced products or components with measurement tolerances within a limited range.
Advantages of external dial micrometer
Material and design: Mitutoyo 510-121 outside micrometer is manufactured using modern Japanese technology with protection level according to IP:54 standard, ensuring durability and dust and water resistance.
Size and application: Compact design with measuring range from 0 – 25 mm and division 0.001 mm. The accuracy of the meter is ±0.06 mm, allowing easy setting of inspection measurement tolerances.
Features: Equipped with a push button to retract the measuring head with a measuring force of 5-10 N, making it easy for users to operate, giving accurate and stable measurement results. The large dial with clear graduations significantly improves measurement reading errors.
Notes when using Micrometer outside the clock
Preserve: Dial micrometers should be stored in dry places, away from moisture and high humidity. Regularly check and calibrate to ensure accuracy.
Use: Do not use the micrometer to measure rotating or moving parts. Avoid dropping the micrometer on the floor, workshop floor or other hard surfaces.
Toilet: Always keep the micrometer free of dust and dirt on the two measuring heads. Clean the surface of the two measuring heads before and after use with a clean, dust-free paper or RP7 solution, then wipe again with a clean, dust-free paper.
Storage: Do not store the micrometer with other repair and processing tools to avoid damage due to collision. After use, place the micrometer in the correct position in the box for storage.
