Mitutoyo 543-390B Digital Dial Gauge

The Mitutoyo digital dial gauge is a linear return length measuring instrument, using an electromagnetic induction reader with a linear encoder on the main shaft body. This device is equipped with Mitutoyo's ABSOLUTE technology, allowing the measurement position to be accurately determined immediately upon power-up without the need for adjustment or resetting. Originating from Japan, the Mitutoyo digital dial gauge is manufactured using modern technology, providing the highest accuracy and reliability, along with a wide measuring range, high accuracy, and many designs to suit the diverse requirements of customers.

Mitutoyo 543-390B Digital Dial Gauge (0-12.7mm)

The Mitutoyo 543-390B digital dial gauge is compact and aesthetically designed, with a measuring range of 0-12.7mm, a display of 0.001mm and an accuracy of ±0.003mm. This product uses the metric system and has a character height of 11mm, which improves the readability of results. The clear electronic display makes it easy for users to read results quickly and accurately.

Applications of electronic dial gauges

Mitutoyo digital dial gauges are used to measure roundness, runout, ovality, displacement, surface flatness, depth, or inside diameter, material thickness in engineering industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, molds, automobiles, electronic components, and furniture.
In addition, the digital dial gauge also helps increase the accuracy of measuring rulers and low hardness materials when combined with a high gauge or specialized base.

Notes when using electronic dial gauge

Select the correct electronic dial gauge with the required measuring range and accuracy, ensuring that the measuring range of the dial gauge is larger than the change in size of the part to be checked, and the accuracy is smaller than the accuracy of the part to be checked.
Before use, check the accuracy and return of the measuring head shaft and display index. Move the measuring head shaft by hand, make sure the main shaft moves smoothly and the display numbers are complete, then make sure the measuring head shaft and display index return to the original position.
When using an electronic dial gauge, it is necessary to place the gauge on a dedicated stand or separate accessory, ensuring that the measuring head is always in contact with the part to be measured, and that the fixed position of the gauge does not change during the measurement process.
Use the dial gauge gently, avoid dropping the gauge on a hard surface or moving the measuring shaft beyond the allowable measuring range by hand.
Do not leave the dial gauge in a damp place or with other instruments to avoid damage due to impact. After use, clean the main shaft and dial, and store in a box.
When not in use, press the On/Off button to turn off the power. If the dial gauge does not operate properly, contact us immediately for inspection and cleaning.
