Force and mechanical measuring equipment
Absolute Digimatic Depth Gage is a tool for measuring the depth of parts or materials, widely used in engineering industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, molds, automobiles, and furniture. Mitutoyo digital depth gages use modern Japanese technology, providing the highest accuracy and reliability with a variety of options in measuring range, accuracy, and design to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Compact Design: The 571-213-30 digital scale has a measuring range of 0-300 mm and 0-12” with a display of 0.01 mm and 0.0005”. Made from low coefficient of thermal expansion tool steel, polished sliding surface and improved slide design, providing smooth movement and accurate measurement results.
ABSOLUTE Technology: Using an electromagnetic induction reader with linear encoder and Mitutoyo's ABSOLUTE technology, the measuring position is accurately determined immediately upon power-up without the need for adjustment or resetting.
LCD Screen: Impact-resistant LCD display with 9.0 mm character height makes results easy and clear to read.
Battery and Storage: Use SR44 battery with Hg 0% component to protect the environment and prolong the service life. The device has low voltage and measurement value error warning functions, contained in a plastic box for protection and convenient storage and transportation.
Accurate Measurement: Accuracy of ±0.03 mm / ±0.0015” and display of 0.01 mm / 0.0005” provide reliable and precise measurement results.
Easy to Use: ABSOLUTE technology makes using the device simple and efficient.
Storage and Transportation: Protective plastic box helps to preserve the device better and is convenient to move.
Choose the Right Ruler: Make sure the measuring tape has a measuring range and accuracy suitable for the job requirements. The measuring range of the tape should be larger than the depth of the part to be measured and the accuracy of the tape should be smaller than the requirements of the part to be inspected.
Proper Storage: Keep the gauge in a dry place, away from high humidity and store the device properly to maintain accuracy.
Avoid Collision: Do not store the measuring tape with other tools to avoid damage. Avoid dropping the measuring tape on hard surfaces and keep the device free from dust or debris.
Use with Care: Do not use the measuring tape to measure rotating or moving objects and protect the device from the effects of water or oil.
Proper Hygiene: Wipe the ruler with a clean cloth and apply specialized oil or RP7 solution after use to maintain measuring performance.
Battery Saver: Turn off the power when not in use to save battery and protect the device from environmental factors.
