Absolute Digimatic Depth Gage is a tool for measuring the depth of parts or materials in many technical fields such as construction, mechanical engineering, molds, automobiles, and interiors. Compact Design: Model 571-251-20 has a measuring range of 0-150 mm, with a display of 0.01 mm and an accuracy of ±0.02 mm. Made of low coefficient of thermal expansion tool steel and polished sliding surface, the device provides accurate and stable measurement results.
ABSOLUTE Technology: Using an electromagnetic induction reader with linear encoder and Mitutoyo's ABSOLUTE technology, the measuring position is accurately determined immediately upon power-up without the need for adjustment or resetting.
LCD Screen: Impact-resistant LCD display with 9.0 mm character height improves readability, displaying measurement results clearly and easily.
Battery and Storage: The device uses SR44 battery with Hg 0% component to protect the environment and prolong the usage time. It is contained in a plastic box for protection and convenient storage and transportation.
Accurate Measurement: Accuracy of ±0.02 mm and display of 0.01 mm provide accurate and reliable measurement results.

Choose the Right Ruler: Make sure the ruler has the appropriate measuring range and accuracy for the job. The measuring range should be greater than the depth of the part to be measured and the ruler's accuracy should be less than the requirements of the part to be inspected.
Proper Storage: Keep the ruler in a dry place, avoid high humidity and store the device properly to maintain accuracy.
Avoid Collision: Do not store the ruler with other tools to avoid damage. Avoid dropping the ruler on hard surfaces and keep the device free from dust or debris.
