The Mitutoyo 7321A thickness gauge features high precision, measuring range 0-10mm (metric), division 0.01mm, accuracy ±15μm, and measuring force 1.4N. This device is ideal for measuring the thickness of paper, PE film, nylon, film, wire, sheet metal, paper weight and similar materials.

Notes on use and storage

Thickness Gauge 7321A

  • Choose the right measurement range and accuracy: The measuring range of the gauge must be larger than the change in size of the part to be inspected and the accuracy must be smaller than the accuracy of the part to be inspected.
  • Check before use: Make sure the contact between the two probes is free of dirt. Avoid dropping the meter.
  • Proper storage: Do not leave the watch in a humid place or with other tools. Clean the main shaft and watch face after use, and store in a box for storage.
