Force and mechanical measuring equipment
The universal thermometer is suitable for measuring radiant heat – for example in the context of measuring comfort levels in compliance with workplace standards.
Thermal comfort is an important factor for a person's health and well-being. It can be ensured through regular measurement of relevant parameters in the working space. When combined with a suitable measuring instrument, the thermal radiation measuring sphere (TC type K) allows the determination and verification of the standard radiant heat parameters that must be observed. For example, if a significant temperature difference is detected between the ambient temperature and the temperature measured by the sphere, the cause may be solar radiation through the window.
