Dòng IDS được khuyến nghị nhiều nhất là máy dò mối nối, nhưng Dòng ID (loại giá rẻ) cũng có sẵn cho một số ứng dụng.
Dòng IDS/ID cũng có sẵn để phát hiện đứt dây. CDD-15 có sẵn để phát hiện đứt dây cực nhỏ.
Mối nối lõi cáp khác với vật liệu và hình dạng thông thường do hàn, hàn áp lực, nhiễm bẩn dây sắt, v.v.
Máy dò mối nối là thiết bị được thiết kế để ngăn ngừa nhiễm bẩn sản phẩm bằng cách phát hiện tổn thất dòng điện xoáy xảy ra tại các mối nối.

IDS/ID-Series Joint Detector/Wire-Breaking Detector

IDS Series are most recommended as a Joint detector, but ID Series (Low cost type) are also available for several applications.

IDS/ID Series are also available for detection of wire-breaking. CDD-15 is availble for detection of extra fine wire-breaking.

Cable core wire joints are different from normal materials and shapes due to brazing, pressure welding, iron wire contamination, etc.

A joint detector is a device designed to prevent contamination of products by detecting eddy current loss that occurs at joints.

Depending on the model, disconnections, seams inside the shielded wire, and seams made by pressure welding or welding with no change in outer diameter can also be detected.

Features

ID/IDS/IDX series

The sensor head of the IDS series consists of 3 coils and the IDX series consists of 2 coils.

The joint is detected by analyzing and comparing the balance of the impedance of both coils, which collapses due to changes in magnetic resistance caused by eddy current loss when the joint passes through.

Compared to the ID series, the IDS/IDX series has specifications that are more resistant to line runout during measurement.
