The testo 106 food thermometer allows for quick, accurate measurement of the core temperature of food (or other semi-solid products). It can perform up to two measurements per second (0.5 second measurement cycle). Thanks to this impressive capability, the testo 106 is the perfect choice for quick checks during food control processes (e.g. in industrial kitchens, food service, restaurant chains or the food retail sector). The testo 106 is equipped with an NTC temperature probe that not only helps accurately measure the core temperature of the product but also leaves punctures that are difficult to see after measurement (thanks to the probe diameter of only 2.2 mm).
Additionally, you can customize your own limit values. If the measured value exceeds this limit, the food thermometer will warn you with lights and sounds. This helps you assess the temperature quickly and accurately immediately. In particular, you can also be completely assured with the extremely practical Auto-hold feature on testo 106 (automatically detects the last measured value).
testo 106 with included cover protects the probe from damage and is safer for you during travel. In addition, we also provide a TopSafe protective case that protects the device against water, dust and shock according to IP67 (Optional to order). In addition, the testo 106 is an EN 13485 certified thermometer and HACCP compliant (Incorporated with TopSafe protective case). It allows you to carry out food quality control according to the strict regulations of HACCP and EN 13485 with ease.
