The testo 417 compact wind velocity meter is the ideal solution for simply, quickly and accurately determining wind speed and volume flow. Ideal for measurement at the air vents/outlets of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Adjusting ventilation systems in residential areas or measurements at vortex outlets are also child's play when using the testo 417 in combination with a funnel or flow straightener.
The testo 417 anemometer was developed to help you make measurements at the air inlets and outlets of your air conditioning/ventilation system as easily as possible. The integrated 100 mm rotor ensures fast, accurate measurement results. Time and point averages as well as volume flow rates are also automatically calculated and displayed on the device screen. This allows residential ventilation systems to be effectively regulated.
In addition, the testo Smart App (free) also supports you in configuring measuring instruments, displaying and storing measurement data. The testo 417 is supplied in two kits: The testo 417 kit 1 includes two measuring funnels for the plate outlet and the ventilation grille. In addition to two measuring funnels, testo 417 kit 2 is also provided with an air flow straightener to achieve accurate measurements even in vortex flows.
