Force and mechanical measuring equipment
EIT 2.0 has been designing, manufacturing, selling and supporting industrial UV measurement solutions worldwide since 1986. The UviCure Plus II and UV Power Puck II radiometers leverage our experience and build on previous versions of our instruments. They are easy to use and help establish, document, maintain and troubleshoot process windows in industrial UV curing applications.
The device's display (right) provides irradiance (W/cm2) and energy density (J/cm2) values as well as a irradiance profile.
UviCure Plus II is a single band radiometer with the frequency band specified at the time of ordering.
EIT 2.0 UVA (320-390 nm) is the most common band ordered for mercury lamp applications.

4 band portable UV radiometer
Model : Power Puck II
The Power Puck II is a portable self-contained radiometer that can measure UV peak irradiance and energy density during UV curing, and the Profiler can download data to a computer for further analysis. It can be configured in Graph, Data/Channel, and Reference modes. Available in 100mW/cm², 1W/cm², or 10W/cm².
The Power Puck II is a 4 band portable UV radiometer. It measures UV peak irradiance (Watts/cm²) and energy density (J/cm²) in UV curing applications. It can be configured to display Graph (irradiance profile on the display), All Channel (data) or Reference (stored reading) Modes. With user selectable sample rates, the Power Puck II can be used for fast conveyor lines or slower lines.
UV Puck Profiler Instrument Features:
• Profiler data collected at an effective sample rate of 128 Hz (samples/second)
• Display data collected at a user adjustable effective sample rate of 25, 128 or 2048 Hz (samples/second)
• Memory supports data collection of over 100 minutes
EIT Profiler units quickly and easily identify:
• The number of lamps and individual lamp perfor- mance
• Lamp focus conditions and changes to the focus
• The bulb type (Four band Power Puck II Profilers)
• Uniformity of UV across bulb length changes over time with the comparison to stored files
• Process speed and/or exposure time variations
• Maintenance needs before they impact product quality
