HIOKI 3157-01 AC GROUNDING HiTESTER is designed to measure
whether the metal enclosure of the electrical equipment is connected to the earth terminal at a sufficiently low resistance.
– Can also be used to assess the grounding conditions of large-scale electrical systems.
– The measurement is performed by applying a high current according to the specifications of the measured object and determining the voltage drop at the measurement point.
– Reference values are specified in various safety standards.
