The HI922 is an automatic sample changer designed for use with the HI932 potentiometric titrator. This device is designed very modernly, can continuously titrate up to 18 minutes quickly and easily. At the same time, the HI921 is directly connected to the Titrator, so operating methods can be easily set up on the HI932's friendly interface.

AUTOMATION
CHEMICAL RESISTANT Peristaltic PUMP
You can connect up to three peristaltic pumps on the HI922 Autosampler. These peristaltic pumps use high-performance plastic, designed to be chemical resistant with a long service life. Each pump has a flow rate greater than 200 mL/min and can be used to add reagents, backfill samples, or remove waste.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ELECTRODE HOLDER
Accommodates up to three 12 mm electrodes, one temperature sensor, one suction tube, five universal tubes and an overhead stirrer assembly, allowing for maximum versatility. The multipurpose spaces can be used for a variety of functions including adding reagents or burette dosing.
STATUS INDICATOR LIGHTS
Colorful indicator lights on the HI922 Sampler corresponding with a status indicator on the HI932 titrator screen and can be clearly seen from a distance. These indicators serve as a safety feature and are used to automatically stop the current titration sequence with a simple press.

SELECT SAMPLE TRAY
The HI922 can automate samples using sample trays 16 or 18. Sample tray 16 holds 150 mL beakers while tray 18 holds 100 mL beakers. The trays are made of chemical resistant material and are easily removable. Each tray is dishwasher safe, providing users with a quick and simple way to clean regularly.
AUTOMATIC TRAY IDENTIFICATION
HI922 sample trays have an integrated RFID reader that can detect and communicate the size and serial number of any tray on the conveyor. Users can set up multiple trays designated for different sample sets without confusion. The RFID reader will ensure that the appropriate tray is used every time.
RECOGNIZE THE CUP USING OPTICAL IR
The optical IR beam can detect the presence or absence of each cup in the sample tray. The user can select the action the HI922 will take if the cup is missing during a titration. The autosampler can be programmed to skip missing cups, pause, or stop the titration sequence.
SMART POSITIONING
The HI922 contains an absolute encoder that can track tray position without the need for “home” or calibration. The encoder retains location information when powered off and is ready for use when turned back on.
INTEGRATED MAGNETIC STIRDER
A magnetic stirrer is integrated in each conveyor assembly. Users simply add a small magnetic stir bar to each sample beaker to ensure the samples are mixed evenly during the titration. An optional overhead propeller stirrer can also be installed as an alternative. The HI922 allows you to easily adjust the stirring speed of both the built-in and overhead stirrer for optimal mixing.
TITRATION DATA & REPORTS
AUTOMATIC SAMPLING SEQUENCE IS CUSTOMIZABLE
The HI932 can store up to 100 user-defined titration methods or standards that can be accessed using the Autosampler. Each method can be customized and optimized for sequence performance based on application and user requirements.
DETAILED PROCEDURE REPORT
The automated sampling sequence reports detailed sample name, cup location, sample size, and results for the sample tray in addition to detailed titration reports for each individual sample.
CUSTOMIZABLE TITRATION REPORTS
Each titration report is fully customizable so users can be confident that they are capturing and archiving the appropriate data needed for their application and process.
