The HI921 is an automatic sample changer designed for use with the HI902C potentiometric titrator. This device is designed very modernly, can continuously titrate up to 18 minutes quickly and easily. At the same time, the HI921 is directly connected to the HI902C, so operating methods can be easily set up on the friendly interface of the HI902C.
Intuitive design
Highly corrosion resistant pump
HI921 can connect up to 3 peristaltic pumps, is a type of pump with high corrosion resistance, long life, pumping speed can be greater than 200mL/min, can be used to dispense reagents, samples or other chemicals. Discard the solution after completing the titration.
Multi-purpose stand
The holder can hold 3 12mm electrodes, 1 temperature electrode, 1 solution removal tube, 5 solution delivery tubes and stirring paddle. can move flexibly vertically, allowing the device to function as a burette pump
Key represents status
On the top of the HI921 are installed two keys that show the machine's operating status by the color of LED lights, making it easy for users to observe from afar. Also used to turn off the machine in an emergency.

Diversify your choice of sample trays
HI921 can use the following two types of sample trays:
16-cell tray, with 16 150mL plastic cups.
18-cell tray, with 18 100mL plastic cups.
All sample trays are made of high quality plastic and can be easily removed and cleaned.
Automatically confirms trays
Due to the RFID feature installed, HI921 easily identifies the tray type, tray size, and serial number of each individual tray, helping users not need to reset each time.
Automatically identify plastic cups
The HI921 can determine whether or not there is a plastic cup in the tray using IR light and allows users to set the device's operating mode when it detects that there is no plastic cup under the electrode holder.
Expanding the sample homogenization method
Hanna has built into the HI921 the ability to use a separate stirrer or magnet to homogenize the sample, giving users the option to choose according to their own requirements. In addition, users can easily change the stirring speed to shorten the time and achieve the desired level of assimilation.
Sample storage and titration
Shorten the sample setup process
For identical samples, using the same method, the user can enable the feature to automatically set sample numbers so that the machine can automatically name the next samples.
Connect analytical balance
The device can automatically confirm sample mass through RS232 port communication with the analytical balance, helping to save titration time.
Establish the role of plastic cups
HI921 can continuously titrate 18 samples or set up 3 washing cups and 1 electrode storage cup to increase measurement accuracy and device durability.
Easy sample management
The barcode scanner can connect to the HI921 via USB port, making data storage easy and accurate.
Report and titration data
Customize autosampler operating method
The HI921 can operate all methods installed in the HI902C instrument, and allows users to customize and optimize the operating method according to the requirements of the titration method and the user.
Detailed report
Autosample automatically generates a detailed report about the operating process (sample name, plastic cup location, size of each sample and titration results) in parallel with the detailed report of each sample on the HI902C.
Customize titration reports
Highly customizable titration reports can store all necessary data.
