HI95747-01 are high quality reagents used for performing quick and accurate colorimetric measurements. The reagents are based on the method USEPA's bicinchoninate. The reagent, when added to a sample containing copper, changes color; the higher the concentration, the deeper the color. The intensity of the color is determined by a compatible photometer and the concentration is displayed in mg/L (ppm) orc μg/L (ppb) depending on the device.
