IR Brix meter or we could call it Refractometer that we are aware of. The benefit of the IR Brix Meter is that it could measure the Brix without cutting apart the fruit for the juice. IR Brix Meter can be used by placing it directly on the fruit and is able to be used outdoors also.
Fruits that can be use with IR Brix Refractometer
All type of grape (Ex. Black Beat, Kyoho, Pione, Fujiminori, Queen Nina, Shine Muscat, Gorby, Nagano Purple, Suiho) and many more of fruit such as tomato, apple, peach, pear, cherry, strawberry, berries, kiwi, mango, prune, persimmons, melon and water melon
Each model will be made for appropriate use for each fruit, as each fruit has a different brix level and the size of the fruit also matters.
By emitting the light from Light Emitting part and the receiver and Radiation Temperature will collect the reflection and process to brix level
