* Efflux tạo ra lớp màng rắn trên bề mặt khuôn và tạo ra lớp không khí xung quanh bề mặt khuôn để bảo vệ chúng khỏi gỉ. Vì lớp màng rắn rất mỏng nên rất dễ làm sạch chỉ bằng 2-3 lần phun trong quá trình phun. Các lớp màng có màu xanh lá cây và trong suốt.
Chất tạo thành một lớp phủ rắn, chặt trên khuôn và một lớp chất bay hơi trên lớp phủ để bảo vệ gấp đôi. Vì chất không chứa dầu nên hầu như không để lại vết bẩn trên các vật phẩm đúc. Có thể loại bỏ chất bằng cách phun một số lần phun sơ bộ.
Ứng dụng:
Chất ngăn ngừa rỉ sét trên khuôn khi cần tránh dầu hoặc thay thế cho mỡ hoặc dầu chống gỉ khó loại bỏ. Đóng khuôn lại rồi đóng gói và niêm phong trong túi nhựa để chất bay hơi không khuếch tán vào không khí mà vẫn ở xung quanh khuôn để đạt được hiệu quả mong muốn.

EFFLUX (VOLATILE – DRY THIN FILM)
Efflux creates solid film on mold surface and generate air layer around the mold surface to protect them from rust. Since the solid film is very thin, it is very easy to clean off by only 2-3 shots during injection process. Films are available in green and clear.

It is a well-known fact that in most countries around the world, Japanese products are seen as high quality and trustworthy. Our company delivers Japanese-made parts cleaners and rust prevention sprays!

The agent forms a tight, solid covering over the mold and a layer of vaporized agent over the covering for double protection. Because the agent contains no oil, it leaves almost no stains on molded articles. The agent can be removed by applying several preliminary shots.

Application:

The agent prevents rust on the molds when oil should be avoided or as a substitute for grease or antirust oil that is difficult to remove. Close the molds and then pack and seal them in a plastic bag so that the vaporized agent does not diffuse into the air but remains around the molds for the desired effect.

After forming a solid film on the target object without any gaps, an evaporation layer is formed around it, providing double protection to the mold. Because it is oil-free, dirt is less likely to adhere to the molded product, and can be removed with a few shots.
