Dòng BLG có hiệu suất, chất lượng và độ bền tương đương với các máy vặn vít không chổi than hiện có (ví dụ: dòng BL), cộng với hiệu quả bảo trì tốt hơn.
Bạn có thể dễ dàng chuyển từ máy vặn vít có chổi than (ví dụ: dòng CL và α) sang máy vặn vít không chổi than (ví dụ: dòng BLG) mà không làm tăng đáng kể chi phí.
The New Industry Benchmark in Electric Torque Drivers
The BLG series has the performance, quality and durability equivalent to existing brushless screwdrivers (e.g., BL series), plus better maintenance efficiency.
You can smoothly shift from a brushed screwdriver (e.g., CL and α series) to a brushless screwdriver (e.g., BLG series) without significant cost increase.
●Direct Teaching
Setting can be easily done by pressing a button. Time and effort for setting will be significantly saved by directly fastening several screws into the work pieces and allowing the driver to automatically learn the number of rotating pulses of the motor (the setting value is +10% of the maximum count and -10% of the minimum count) from the start to the completion of screw fastening.
●Pulse System
By counting the number of rotating pulses of the motor, the system precisely judges screw fastening errors such as the mixing of a wrong type of screw, a floating screw, a Cam out recess, a stripped screw hole and a cross threaded screw.
●Screw Counter
It displays the remaining number of screws to fasten every time a screw is fastened.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: Power Supplies
The Brushless Driver must be operated together with a Power Supply.
Powering the Brushless Driver with the HIOS T-45BL and the T-70BL Power Supply will insure operation of the driver at its full capacity.
