NF’s ZM series LCR meters cover a wide frequency range, from the low-frequency region of 1 mHz up to 5.5 MHz. Supports a wide range of applications, from materials research to component production lines, by means of high-speed, low measurement fluctuation.

The ZM2376 (max. frequency of 5.5MHz) is suitable for measuring high frequency components such as small inductances used in smartphones. The big advantage of the ZM series is that it can measure from a low frequency of at least 1mHz.
One method for evaluating battery characteristics is to measure the internal impedance of the battery. To evaluate high performance batteries such as lithium batteries, internal impedance measurements at low frequencies in the millihertz range are required.

Wide measurement frequency range and high-resolution settings
The ZM2376 covers frequencies from 1 mHz to 5.5 MHz. The resolution can be set to 5 digits or 6 digits making it possible to perform measurements at frequencies actually used for a variety of components, in addition to evaluation of the frequency dependence of the parameters.

Wide range of test signal and ALC functions
The measurement signal level can be set at a resolution of 3 digits to 10 mVrms to 5 Vrms, or 1 μArms to 200 mArms. In addition, by means of the automatic level control (ALC) functions, constant voltage and constant current mode can be set, making it possible to perform measurements with high reproducibility at a stable signal level that takes into account the voltage and current dependence of the sample.
