ONO SOKKI SC-2600/SC-2500A/SC-2120A là thiết bị được sử dụng để hiệu chuẩn các microphone đo lường và xác nhận giá trị chỉ thị cho máy đo mức âm thanh. About Sound Calibration

What is a sound calibrator?

It is used for unit calibration of measurement microphones and confirmation of indicated value for sound level meter. Since sound pressure is afected by temperature and air pressure, it is important to use a sound calibrator before and after measurement in order to perform correct measurements. Some standards stipulate that microphones must be calibrated with sound calibrators. In addition, in JIS C 1509 and IEC 61672-1, when using a class 1 sound level meter, using a class 1 sound calibrator is required.

Important points for using calibrator

The calibration sound pressure level may be different depending on the type of the microphone. Be sure to check the calibration sound pressure level in the instruction manual before performing calibration.
A Class 1 Sound Calibrator is recommended for a Class 1 (or type 1) Sound Level Meter and microphone.
Periodical calibration of a sound calibrator is necessary to secure its performance. Calibration of once a year is recommended. Please contact us for more details.

SC-2600

- It conforms to JIS C 1515:2020 Class 1 and has a nominal sound pressure level of 94 dB. In addition to feedback control, it has built-in compensation functions for static pressure and temperature, allowing it to generate a stable sound pressure.
- Recommend using this product to perform high-precision measurements using the Low-noise Microphone MI-1282M10^*.

^* A sound calibrator with a nominal sound pressure level of 94 dB is required for calibration of low-noise microphones.

SC-2500A

It conforms to JIS C 1515:2020 Class 1 and has a nominal sound pressure level of 114 dB. Using feedback control, it can generate a stable sound pressure.
Since it generates a high sound pressure level of 114 dB, calibration can be performed even if the measurement environment is loud such as in factories or outdoors, without being affected by the noise.

SC-2120A

It conforms to JIS C 1515:2004 Class 2 and has a nominal sound pressure level of 94 dB. It can also be used for simple operation checks.
It is a dynamic speaker type, cost-effective model.
