Highly Accurate Retention Force Measurement Device
Dyna Force is a retention force measurement device for machine tool spindles. This force measurement tool identifies a potential problem due to a low pulling force that can cause a bad surface finish, poor machining performance, and shorter tool life. A higher pulling force of your machine will enhance cutting performance.
Dyna Force quickly measures the pulling force of the clamping mechanism in your machine spindle and the digital display is easily viewed. The clamping force measuring device helps you reduce chattering, achieve higher rigidity, and enhance reliability.

The lightweight and compact Dyna Force includes a digital display, cable and robust storage case.
Dyna Force is available for 30, 40 and 50 cones, with one common digital display for all taper sizes. It is also fully compatible with BIG-PLUS spindles.

DYNA FORCE
Machine tool maintenance is a necessity. Periodical measurement of the spindle retention force avoids unknown reduced rigidity, which leads to vibrations, loss of machining quality and shortened tool life. A full length taper stabilizes the value of measurements.
