Desco Combo Test X3 xác minh chức năng của các thiết bị nối đất nhân sự (dây đeo cổ tay , dây nối đất chân, giày ESD, áo khoác). Ba cuộc kiểm tra độc lập được thực hiện đồng thời trên dây đeo cổ tay và mỗi bàn chân. Đèn xanh biểu thị điều kiện vượt qua. Đèn đỏ và vàng cùng với âm thanh báo động cho biết khi dây đeo cổ tay và/hoặc giày dép (trái hoặc phải) bị hỏng. Công tắc DIP có thể được truy cập để biết các tùy chọn giới hạn kiểm tra. Việc kiểm soát truy cập vào Khu vực được bảo vệ ESD có thể được tăng cường hơn nữa bằng cách sử dụng thiết bị đầu cuối rơle trên Combo Test X3 và kết nối nó với khóa cửa điện tử hoặc cửa quay để chỉ cấp quyền truy cập cho những người đã vượt qua các bài kiểm tra thiết bị nối đất cá nhân của họ. Personnel Grounding Testers

Model: Combo Tester X3 19271

The Desco Combo Tester X3 verifies the functionality of personnel grounding devices (wrist straps, foot grounders, ESD shoes, smocks). Three independent tests are performed simultaneously on the wrist strap and each foot.

Green lights indicate a pass condition. Red and yellow lights plus an audible alarm indicate when the wrist strap and/or footwear (left or right) have failed. DIP switches may be accessed for test limit preferences.

Access control to an ESD Protected Area can be further enforced by using the relay terminal on the Combo Tester X3 and connecting it to an electronic door lock or turnstile to grant access only to those who have passed their personal grounding device tests.

The Combo Tester X3 is calibrated to NIST standards.

• Tests Operator’s Path-To-Ground; Wrist Strap Limits 750 kilohms to 10 megohms, Footwear Limits 750 kilohms to 35 megohms:Determines that operator’s personal grounding devices (wrist straps, foot grounders, ESD shoes, smocks) are functioning correctly.

• Simultaneous Testing of Wrist Strap and Footwear in Less Than 3 Seconds: Reduces time spent testing personal grounding devices used in ESD Control Plans

• Solid-State Test Switch with No Moving Parts: Maintains accuracy of tests and extends the lifetime of the tester

• Split Foot Plate for Testing Foot Grounders (or ESD Shoes): Tests both foot grounders independently at the same time

• 30 Volt Test Signal: Provides accurate tests that are not humidity dependent

• Relay for Use with Automatic Doors or Other Locking Systems: Controls access to ESD Protected Areas

• Heavy Gauge Grey Powder-Coated Stand: Allows the Combo Tester X3 to be setup in a convenient area for the testing of operators

• Compatibility with ESD Glove Test Fixture: Pair with the EMIT 50755 ESD Glove Test Fixture to allow operators to perform tests while wearing gloves or finger cots

• Calibration Verification: Use the EMIT 50424 Limit Comparator to check the test limits of the Combo Tester X3 without removing it from the workplace

• 100-240VAC Power Adapter with Interchangeable Plugs: Works with standard electrical systems in North America, United Kingdom, Japan, Asia and Europe
