Dòng SWT-NEO có các đầu dò tương thích, cho phép bạn thoải mái lựa chọn đầu dò kết nối phù hợp với ứng dụng và đối tượng cần đo. Ngoài ra, có thể có các đầu dò dự phòng và các đầu dò khác nhau phù hợp với hình dạng của chất nền, giúp tăng hiệu quả công việc lên rất nhiều. Nó tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn JIS K 5600, cũng như các tiêu chuẩn, quy tắc nội bộ và tiêu chuẩn của văn phòng chính phủ, trung tâm kiểm tra, viện nghiên cứu, các tập đoàn và tổ chức khác nhau, cũng như các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế như ISO2808.

By using a special probe (SFN-325), the base metal to be measured is automatically identified and measured easily!

► The SWT-NEO series has compatible probes, allowing you to freely select the connection probe that suits your application and object to be measured. In addition, it is possible to have spare probes and various probes that match the shape of the substrate, greatly increasing work efficiency.

It complies with the JIS K 5600 standard, as well as the standards, internal regulations, and standards of government offices, test centers, research institutes, various corporations, and organizations, as well as international standards such as ISO2808.

• SWT-NEO type probes (SFe/SNFe / SFN-325 type probes) are optional and interchangeable with SWT main units. Equipped with a function to convert the unit to “mil”.

APPLICATIONS

▶ Electro-magnetic type : For non -destructive measurements of the thickness of non-magnetic and non-conductive coatings and linings applied to magnetic metallic substrate including ferritic stainless steel.

Paintings : Machines, automobiles, ships, buildings, bridges.

Linings : Resin, tar epoxy, rubber, enamel, glass.

Platings : Zinc, copper, chrome except electrolytic nickel. Metallikon, parkerizing, spray deposit coatings, ox-ide films.

▶ Eddy current type : For non-destructive measurements of the thickness of non-conductive and anodic films applied to non -magnetic metallic substrate (aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper, austenitic stainless steel).

Paintings : Building materials, vehicles, aircrafts, machines.

Anodized coatings : Aluminum sashes, home electric products.

Linings : Tanks, pools, chemical containers, rollers, machines.
