Đây là cảm biến quang không sử dụng các thành phần bán dẫn trong bộ phận phát hiện, do đó có thể đo nhiệt độ cao (±0,5% F.S. ở 400°C).
•Đo đồng thời áp suất và nhiệt độ: Đo đồng thời áp suất và nhiệt độ bằng cảm biến áp suất quang và cặp nhiệt điện tích hợp.
•Không có cấu trúc chất lỏng kín: Độ chính xác cao ±0,25% F.S. (ở 150 đến 300°C) đạt được với cấu trúc an toàn và bảo mật sử dụng hệ thống quang học và không sử dụng “chất lỏng kín” để truyền các thay đổi áp suất.
•Bằng cách sử dụng màng chắn sapphire, hiệu suất độ bền được cải thiện so với các sản phẩm thông thường: So với màng chắn kim loại, màng chắn này có độ bền kéo gấp 4,5 lần và khả năng chống mài mòn gấp 10 lần.

This is an optical sensor that does not use semiconductor elements in the detection unit, so high temperature measurement (±0.5% F.S. at 400°C) is possible.

Simultaneous measurement of pressure and temperature with an optical pressure sensor and a built-in thermocouple.
•No enclosed liquid structure
Achieves high accuracy ±0.25% F.S. (at 150 to 300°C) with a safe and secure structure that uses an optical system and does not use an “enclosed liquid” to transmit pressure change.
•By adopting a sapphire diaphragm, durability performance is improved compared to conventional products
Compared to metal diaphragms, it has 4.5 times the tensile strength and 10 times the wear resistance.
